Title:
MICROCHIP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2014077806
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent a sample from remaining on the verge of a transfer destination container, and to prevent the sample from remaining in a channel even in the case of disposing waste liquid in order to prevent mutual contamination in the case of transferring the sample by using a simple mechanism.

A microchip includes: a first layer; a second layer; an intermediate layer containing an elastic member disposed between the first layer and the second layer; a first channel disposed between the first layer and the intermediate layer to link a transfer source tank in which a sample is packed to a transfer destination tank as the transfer destination of the sample; a second channel connected to the transfer destination tank, which is different from the first channel; and a first shutter part disposed between the second layer and the intermediate layer so as to be overlapped with the first channel from the arbitrary position of the first channel to the neighborhood of the transfer destination tank. The first channel is closed by applying a pressure to the first shutter part, and the channel is opened by extracting the pressure to the first shutter. In a state that the first channel is closed by applying the pressure to the first shutter, the sample transferred to the transfer destination tank is pushed out to the second channel.
