Abstract:
To improve AD conversion accuracy by AD converting an analog signal of a certain moment.
This microcomputer internally stores an AD conversion circuit 10 for converting the analog signal supplied from an analog input terminal 11 into a digital signal, and has a detecting circuit 20 for detecting an external interrupt signal/INT supplied from an external interrupt terminal 21, a register 23 for setting an AD conversion interrupt flag, and an AND gate 24 for making the logical product of output of the detecting circuit 20 and output of the register 23, and starts conversion operation of the AD conversion circuit 10 according to the output of the AND gate 24.
