Abstract:
PURPOSE: To acquire an instruction address to be executed next by a central processing unit(CPU) without increasing the circuit scale of an emulator with reliability.
CONSTITUTION: A microcomputer 10 for emulation made into one chip is constituted by providing an address possession circuit 117 for acquiring the instruction address to executed next while referring to a state signal ST of the CPU basing on an address outputted from the CPU in the instruction fetch cycle of the CPU provided in a CPU core 110, and address buffer 118 for outputting the instruction address acquired by this address acquiring circuit 117 to the outside.
