Abstract:
PURPOSE: To separate two layers of high Tc superconducting material by an insulating layer by a method, wherein at least a part of a second insulating thin film coating at least a part of a first thin film and a second thin film is coated, and a third superconducting thin film is structured so as to cross at least a part of the first thin film. CONSTITUTION: A substrate suitable for YBCO and SrTiO3 is utilized, and a first layer 11 comprises a metal oxide superconductor deposited in an H- pattern manner, and this H-shape crossbar is formed to be a narrow strip. A second layer 12 is insulated SrTiO3 , and the first layer 11 is only partially coated therewith, and only a portion of a crossbar of the layer 11 generating a crossing is particularly coated. A third layer 13 comprises YBCO in an aspect of two strips 13A, 13B deposited on an insulating layer 12. Thereby, in a mode in which two superconducting coated materials are electrically and mutually insulated, a minute electronic circuit element having a crossing path of a high Tc superconducting metal oxide (ceramic) can be obtained.
