Abstract:
PURPOSE: To accurately align a microminiature electronic device, having an electric active region with a sensitive axis without complicating the prior art. CONSTITUTION: This microminiature electronic device is provided with a body part 42 and butting means 46, 47 and 48 which are protruding from the surface on one side of the body part, and the butting means are used to butt the microminiature electronic device to a supporting member. In the microminiature electronic part containing an electric active region 41 with a body part having a sensitive axis, butting means 46, 47 and 48 have the prescribed relation with a sensitive axis 52, and the sensitive axis 52 can be aligned to an expected signal axis band using the above-mentioned relation.
