The control box 10 is placed on the desk, the power source switch 11 is turned ON, the normal rotation or reverse rotation of a microengine is selected by the normal/ reverse rotation changeover switch 12, the rotation speed of the microengine is adjusted to a desired rotation speed by a volume adjustment knob 13 and then, an artificial tooth is worked by turning a foot controller 30 ON and OFF. The operation of the switches or the like is facilitated by inclining the upper surface of the control box 10 forward, a recessed part 10A is provided on the tip part of the upper surface and the hand piece 20 is placed at the recessed part 10A.
