Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minute fluid element showing high accuracy and durability in less number of steps and less-expensive manner.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a minute fluid element 1 comprising a hollow main body 3 provided with a fluid inlet 5 and a fluid outlet 6 and a floating member 4 held in the hollow main body in a floating manner. The hollow main body contains sintered metallic powder and binder component, and a sintered material compact 110a having a prescribed contraction coefficient in sintering is sintered to be integrally formed and in turn, the floating member is formed of a material not sintering with the metallic powder. The floating member is inserted into the sintered material compact before the sintering, is then subjected to the sintering and thereby held in the hollow main body shrunk at the contraction coefficient in a floating and non-removable manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
