PURPOSE: To separate a product and a residual frame, and simultaneously to select them in each separate size, and to discharge them, respectively by providing a microjoint eliminating device, and a selecting device in its lower part, behind a carrying device of a punching machine.
CONSTITUTION: A work T fed out of a punching machine M is inserted into a microjoint eliminating device G, and a barrier 10 abuts on the part of a product, of the work T which is being subjected vertically to primary vibration or secondary, tertiary and biquadratic vibration. Therefore, products 2a, 2b and 2c cut the part of a microjoint against a residual frame 4, and fall. Also, the microjoint eliminating device G, and a selecting device J itself are inclined so as to become a little lower in the carrying direction. By its inclined surface, the product 2 and the residual frame 4 are carried to the next process, while being selected, and can be separated automatically into the product 2 and the residual frame 4. Simultaneously, by selecting them in each separate size, they are carried and discharged, respectively.
