PURPOSE: To provide a microcomputer which is designed to simplify constitution and perform grasping or handling of even a fine object with a size of several μm.
CONSTITUTION: A micromanipulator 20 fundamentally comprises a frame-shaped piezoelectric ceramic body 28 having two arm parts 26 and 26 extending from the two edge parts of one side 22 in a longitudinal direction of a rectangular quadrilateral body. Two sides 22 and 24 in a longitudinal direction form first and second electrodes 30 and 32 and grasping parts 34 and 34 positioned facing each other are respectively formed on the free edge parts of the arms 26 and 26. The electrode parts 30 and 32 are formed of external electrodes 30a and 32a, respectively, on the observe and the reverse through a green sheet lamination method. The grasping parts 34 and 34 are formed of a fine glass needle.
