Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micromixer, a micromixer element, and a manufacturing method of the same which can further minimize a branch passage.SOLUTION: A micromixer element includes: an element main body 20 which has a first supply surface 41 and a second supply surface 42, and has a delivery surface 43 connected to a side edge of the first supply surface 41 and a side edge of the second supply surface 42; a first branch passage 51 opening to the first supply surface 41 and the delivery surface 43 respectively; a second branch passage 52 opening to the second supply surface 42 and the delivery surface 43 respectively. A plurality of plate-like members 21, 22 form the element main body 20 by overlapping with each other. The plate-like members 21, 22 have recessed parts 21R, 22R of a predetermined depth on surfaces 21F, 22F connected mutually. The first branch passage 51 and the second branch passage 52 are formed of spaces between the recessed parts 21R and 22R, and other plate-like members.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
