Abstract:
To provide a micronutrient-fortified drink ensuring its palatability not to decline or to be mitigated in its decline due to micronutrients added thereto.
The micronutrient-fortified drink is obtained by including one or several kinds of amino acids. Thus, development of peculiar off-flavor that may be developed in conventional micronutrient-fortified drinks can be inhibited, enabling micronutrients useful for human health to be taken without impairing flavor inherent in drinks.
