Title:
MICROORGANISM FOR EXPRESSING ANTIVIRAL PROTEIN OF PHYTOLACCA
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2531930
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a new expression vector useful for preparing Phytolacca antiviral protein for treating AIDS or the like in a high yield.
CONSTITUTION: This recombinant expression vector contains a Phytolacca antiviral protein gene and is capable of expressing the Phytolacca antiviral protein gene in a microorganism, e.g. an expression vector pMJ12. Escherichia coli HB101 transformed with the pMJ12 was deposited to the Korean Collection of Culture and Microorganism(KCCM) as deposition No. KCCM 10037.
