Abstract:
To provide a method for identifying microorganisms easy in operation or work, and identifying a microorganismal strain in high accuracy, and to provide a primer and an identification kit for use in the method.
The method for identifying a microorganismal strain is provided, involving the step of detecting a mobile insertion sequence of multicopy presence in the genome of the microorganism strain. This method is easy in operation or work, enabling the microorganismal strain to be identified in high accuracy.
