PURPOSE: To obtain a microorganism inoculum containing a specified auxiliary microorganism and capable of promoting spore germination of a mycorrhiza microorganism, growth of hyphae and infection to plant roots, maximizing manifestation of the effect of the mycorrhiza microorganism on a plant and improving the growth efficiency of the mycorrhiza microorganism.
CONSTITUTION: This microorganism inoculum contains an auxiliary microorganism (a nitrogen fixation bacterium, a phosphate solubilization bacterium, a plant growth promoting rhizosphere microorganism, an antibiotic-producing bacterium, a myxobacterium, etc.) capable of promoting infection to a plant with a mycorrhiza microorganism infectious source and/or spore germination and/or growth of hyphae. The auxiliary microorganism inoculated into a mycorrhiza microorganism coexists with it and the activity of indigenous mycorrhiza microorganisms can be improved.
