Title:
MICROPARTICLE HAVING ADSORBED POLYPEPTIDE-CONTAINING MOLECULE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016006109
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide microparticles having adsorbed polypeptide-containing molecules formed without the use of a surfactant, and to provide a method for making such microparticle compositions.SOLUTION: Microparticles comprise polymers (for example, poly (α-hydroxy acid), polyhydroxy butyric acid, polycaprolactone, polyorthoester, polyanhydride and polycyanoacrylate, and the like. Polymers are preferably poly(D, L-lactide-co-glycolides), and more preferably poly(D, L-lactide-co-glycolides) having a lactide/glycolide molar ratio ranging from 40:60 to 60:40 and having a molecular weight ranging from 20,000 Daltons to 70,000 Daltons. Preferred polypeptide-containing molecules are bacterial antigens and viral antigens.
