PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce AV data without the need for an independent card module and to prevent unauthorized copying and malfunctions by continuously and inseparably performing a processing for storing compressed AV data in a memory and an expansion processing for expanding the stored compressed AV data by an execution means when decoding is performed as an AV data reproducing instruction by an instruction decoding means.
SOLUTION: An execution means 55, for executing an instruction based on a decoded result by the instruction decoding means 51, is provided. The AV(audio visual) data reproducing instruction is included in the instruction decoded by the instruction-decoding means 51, and in the cast that the decoding is performed as the AV data reproduction instruction by the instruction decoding means 51, the execution means 55 continuously and inseparably performs the processing for storing the compressed AV data in the memory and the expansion processing for expanding the stored compressed AV data. The instruction executing part 55 is a circuit for executing arithmetic operations or the like, based on control from the instruction decoding part 51 and is further constituted of a register group 56, an ALU 57, an IDCT part 58 and a DECRYPT part 59.
