The first gas generation material 13 supplies a gas to the first micro flow path 12a. The first and second optical transmission paths 14a and 14b are disposed between the first light source 15 and the first gas generation material 13, and the first and second optical transmission paths 14a and 14b are not optically connected to each other. The connection mechanism 16 optically connects the first optical transmission path 14a and the second optical transmission path 14b. The first optical transmission path 14a and the second optical transmission path 14b are disposed so as to guide the light from the first light source 15 to the first gas generation material 13 when optically connected by the connection mechanism 16.
