Abstract:
To provide a micropump of high dispensing accuracy for improving the reliability of a sealing member between a cylinder and a syringe piston of the micropump of small syringe diameter at a low cost.
A hollow syringe piston 103 has two diameter of D0 and D1. A pump chamber 102a is formed by the volumetric change generated by the differential area and a cylinder 102. The syringe piston 103 is fixed, and the cylinder 102 is driven. The cylinder 102 of a pump body 100 is disposed in a horizontal direction and pipette tips 105a-105h are disposed in a vertical direction. The syringe piston 103 is connected to the pipette tips 105a-105h by a manifold 107.
