To provide a micropump for otorhinology that can satisfy the realization of a screw having a high quality and high transporting efficiency, the improvement of the deflection of the front end section of a thin tube at the time of starting and ending the rotation of the screw, the improvement of the visibility of an eardrum portion at the time of performing an operation on an ear, or the like.
This micropump comprises a main body which can be supported by fingers, a needle cylinder body 3 fitted to the front end section 2 of the main body in a state where the body 3 can be inserted into an object to be pumped, and a screw 4 for suction and delivery rotatably housed in the cylindrical body 3. This micropump also comprises a driving section which rotatably drives the screw 4. The screw 4 is formed of a spiral body having a rectangular cross section and the needle cylinder body 3 constituted by fitting a front-side pipe 34 into a root-side pipe 33 having a larger diameter than that of the pipe 34 is bent by about 20° at its central part in the lengthwise direction.
