Abstract:
To provide a microreactor which can provide high reactant flux and has efficient catalytic activity, and to provide a manufacturing method of the microreactor.
The microreactor is constituted by depositing catalytic metal on a cylindrical porous silica characterized in that, with respect to the cylindrical porous silica having hollow through-holes whose diameter falls into the range of 10 to 1,000 μm, the nanomicropore diameter of the porous silica constituting a cylinder preferably falls into the range of 2 to 15 nm and the diameter of the hollow through-hole falls into the range of 0.1 to 100 μm.
