Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope device capable of acquiring hyperspectral images with high data accuracy.SOLUTION: A microscope device 1 includes a light source 10, an illumination optical system 20, an imaging optical system 30, an image capturing unit 40, a spectroscope 51, a stage 60, a drive unit 61, and a control unit 70. The illumination optical system 20 condenses illumination light in a wavelength band in the near-infrared region emitted from the light source 10 to irradiate an object 90 under observation therewith. The imaging optical system 30 forms an image from transmitted scattered light generated by the object 90 under observation when being irradiated with the illumination light. A converging angle θ of the illumination light when the object 90 under observation is being irradiated with the illumination light by the illumination optical system 20 is set such that a value of sinθ does not exceed a numerical aperture of an objective lens 31 that receives the transmitted scattering light from the object 90 under observation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
