PURPOSE: To remove a defective pellet to the outside easily and efficiently, by providing a sucking function part consisting of a hollowlike nozzle part which is fitted into a soft spring.

CONSTITUTION: The tip part of a suction nozzle 3 is fitted into a soft spring 5 so that a linear reciprocating motion can be performed. Also, an exhaust pipe part 2 for exhausting air and a screwed holder 1 are provided. A microscope is set to about 100 magnifications, and a worker performs an appearance inspection of a pellet to be inspected 10c with an eye 13. If the pellet 10c is defective, this pellet 10c is pressed against the tip of the suction nozzle 3 by rotating a revolver 8 and pushing up a push-up rod 12 in the direction as indicated with an arrow, the defective tip 10c is separated from an electro-sheet 11 by exhausting air from a tube 14, is sucked by the tip of the nozzle 3, and is removed to the outside easily by rotating the revolver 8.
