Abstract:
To provide a microscope system and an observing device to be used in combination with the microscope where a sample on a sample stage is difficult to move and the focus is easily adjusted by means of the objective lens of the microscope and where the display of a microscopic observation picture is stabilized in the case of observing a fine cell tissue with high magnification so as to obtain a sharp microscopic observation picture.
Force is applied directly to a sample 44 for microscopic observation by pressurizing force generated by the weight of a fixing weight 59 to detachably fix the sample 44 which is housed in a correct setting state within a circular hole 56 at the bottom of a petri dish 55.
