Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a phase retrieval image using microscopic images different in focal plane with simpler configuration than before.SOLUTION: A microscope system mounted on a microscope and provided with a camera for a microscope capturing an observation image through the microscope, comprises: an imaging device to which an observation image is made incident via an imaging lens of the microscope; an imaging unit for capturing a plurality of images of the observation image different in optical distance from the imaging lens to the imaging device and different in focal plane of the microscope by using the imaging device; and an image processing unit for restoration and enhancement of phase information of the observation image by using the plurality of images captured by the imaging unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
