Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain such structure of a microscope that a dust-proofing filter is easily cleaned.
CONSTITUTION: A main body case 1 is provided with a lens mount unit 2 to which a lens 3 is attached and which forms an optical path L between the lens 3 and a CCD 24. Then, a filter collar 53 to which a second dust-proofing filter 51 is fitted is attached to the unit 2 between a first dust-proofing filter 50 and the lens 3 so as to be freely attached and detached. The second filter 51 is attached to the end part of a collar 53 and fixed to the collar 53 with a flange 53.
