To obtain a microscopic specimen sampling needle which enables the sampling of a microscopic specimen with the diameter of about 3μm by arranging a sharp needle tip and a cut.

In a microscopic specimen sampling needle 1, a needle tip 5 exists at one point on the outer circumference 1Sb of the tip of a metal bar with a circular cross section. The needle point 5 is set at a top thereof and inclined cut openings 4A and 4B are formed in such a manner to rise gradually on both sides thereof and then, retract. Blades 6A and 6B are formed by edges Ld and Le at which the inclined cut openings 4A and 4B cross the outer circumference 1Sb. A blade is also formed by the edge Lc which both the inclined cuts 4A and 4B cross.
