Abstract:
To provide a microstripline whose impedance control is facilitated, and to provide a characteristic impedance control method.
The microstrip line 10 comprises a base 11, a ground metal 12 formed on the base 11, a dielectric layer 13 formed on the ground metal 12, and a signal wire 14 formed on the dielectric layer 13, wherein the width of the dielectric layer 13 is narrower than the width of the ground metal 12.
