A push lever 1 of this microswitch is pivotally supported in a turnable manner by a spindle 4 in a case 3, provided with a projection piece 1a on an end part thereof projecting out of the case 3 by an elastic force of a spring 5 provided between a rear end 1b thereof and the case 3, and provided with a steel ball 6 in a rotatable manner in a lower end 1c thereof. A seesaw contact piece 2 has a left piece 2b and a right piece 2c, these forming a V-shape having a corner 2a in its middle, the right piece 2c is equipped with a movable contact A, the corner 2a of the seesaw contact piece 2 is rockably supported on and makes contact with an upper end of a fixed contact piece C used as a fulcrum, the seesaw contact piece 2 and the fixed contact piece C are brought into conduction (a common circuit), the movable contact A of the right piece 2c of the seesaw contact piece 2 is spaced apart from and opposite to a fixed contact B, and the steel ball 6 of the push lever 1 is brought into contact with the left piece 2b of the seesaw contact piece 2.
