Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently dry a dried object while preventing thermal deformation and the like of a container which is a problem in drying the dried object at a high temperature.SOLUTION: A microwave drying machine 1 includes a metallic container 59 accommodating a dried object A, a drying chamber body 5 including at least one opening portion 3 for setting the metallic container 59 and applied as an inlet/outlet for carrying in and out the metallic container, opening/closing means 7 mounted on the opening portion 3 in an openable and closable state, and forming a shield space in the drying chamber body 5 in closing, a microwave irradiation device 9 mounted to the drying chamber body 5, and drying the dried object A while irradiating microwave toward the dried object A accommodated in the drying chamber body 5, and a hanging wall 93 disposed from a part of a microwave irradiation port 15 of a microwave irradiation device 9 in an approaching state to be faced to a peripheral edge portion 83 of the metallic container 59.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
