Abstract:
To provide a microwave excitation ultraviolet laser device which makes laser oscillation efficiently.
A microwave excitation gas laser 100 is provided with: a microwave resonator 10 which consists of dielectric having an approximately linear through-hole 10a; a laser resonator in which an optical axis is arranged on the through-hole 10a; and laser gas with which the through-hole 10a is filled. The microwave resonator 10 is cylindrical, and the through-hole 10a is formed on a central axis of the microwave resonator 10.
