Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave heating apparatus capable of precisely measuring a temperature of a housed material to be heated of a liquid or the like carried in a microwave oven.
SOLUTION: When a liquid-containing bag 5 is carried by a chain conveyor 6, and is fed out from a microwave oven, a top part of the liquid-containing bag 5 abuts against a stopper 14 of temperature control means 16. When the top part of the liquid-containing bag 5 abuts against the stopper 14, the liquid- containing bag 5 supported by a holder 7 is inclined around both ends 20a, (20b) of a container 20, and a site 20c of a surface of the container 20 coming into direct contact with a liquid without intervening an air is substantially opposed to a temperature detecting face 15a of a temperature detector 15. Therefore, the temperature detector 15 can precisely detects the temperature of the liquid to be housed in the container 20 without intervening the air.
