Abstract:

To provide a microwave heating furnace in which an insulating material is stably supported by preventing heat generation from a support body to prevent deformation of the support body.

In the microwave heating device for high temperatures using a microwave as a heating source, insulating materials are arranged so as to surround a heated material, and supported by the support body. A waveguide tube is provided in a metal casing, which is arranged so as to surround the insulating material. The insulating material is fixed at an intermediate portion of the support body having ends fixed to the metal casing. A coolant for forcibly cooling the support body flows from one end of the support body, passes inside the support body, and flows into the other end of the support body.
