Abstract:
PURPOSE: To cope with a load fluctuation with simple constitution by providing an output coupling line and a resistance attenuator inserted between the line and an output terminal extracting a microwave output.
CONSTITUTION: A dielectric resonator 4 is provided near a GaAsFET10 being a microwave oscillating element. The output coupling line 5 coupling a microwave oscillating output is provided near said dielectric resonator. The resistance attenuator 7 is provided between the output line 5 and the output terminal 6 extracting the microwave output. The load characteristic is improved by adding said resistance attenuator 7.
