To provide a microwave kiln capable of preventing a trouble resulting from contamination or corrosion by dew formation such as deterioration of microwave heating performance or reduction in device life.
An air inlet 45 and an exhaust port 47 by openings adapted not to leak microwave to the outside are provided in a casing wall 35a for defining a microwave space 33. This kiln further comprises a ventilation means 51 for introducing air to a cavity 49 between a bracket 39 and the casing wall 35a within the microwave space 33 through the air inlet 45 and forcedly ventilating the atmosphere in the cavity 49 by a convection carried from the air inlet 45 to the exhaust port 47 within the cavity 49, so that the steam generated by a body 42 to be baked within the bracket 39 is discharged out by the forced ventilation.
