Abstract:
PURPOSE: To allow the use as a microwave sensor by conducting discharge by the radiation of microwaves.
CONSTITUTION: A discharge gas for generating a discharge by the radiation of microwaves is sealed in an airtight vessel having light transmissivity such as glass. An antenna member 3 consisting of a conductive material is fixed to the airtight vessel 2 having light transmissivity such as glass in which the discharge gas for generating discharge by the radiation of microwaves is sealed.
