Abstract:
To provide a microwave branch switch circuit capable of switching low loss and propagation between multipoles at a high speed.
Individual ports and variable resonators 105, 106 and 107 connected through capacitors 108, 109 and 110 are arranged among three or more input-output ports 101, 102 and 103 of the microwave switch circuit, the respective resonators 105, 106 and 107 are arranged so as to perform interaction through the capacitors 108, 109 and 110, and superconductive quantum magnetic flux interferometers 116, 117 and 118 are made to change inductance by control current from control circuits 124, 125 and 126 through a control current line 121 to change a resonance frequency, performing a switch operation.
