Abstract:
To provide a microwave vacuum dryer, capable of efficiently drying a raw material from which drips come out in a process of drying.SOLUTION: A microwave vacuum dryer 1 according to the present invention is constituted of a liquid-permeable drying tray T on which a raw material A is placed, a drying chamber body 5 provided with at least one opening 3 serving as a doorway through which the drying tray T with the raw material A placed thereon is set, brought in, or taken out, opening/closing means 7 openably/closably attached to the opening 3 to form a shielded space in the drying chamber body 5 when closed, a microwave radiation device 9 attached to the drying chamber body 5 to radiate a microwave M toward the raw material A present in the drying chamber body 5, a decompression device 301 connected to the drying chamber body 5, a drip receiving pan 83 disposed below the drying tray T to receive drips R coming out in a process of drying, and a liquid discharge device 81 at least comprising a liquid discharge pipe 85 that discharges the drips R accumulated in the drip receiving pan 83 to outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
