PURPOSE: To simplify a structure and facilitate a jam disposal by equipping a device with the 1st transport system which turns around a paper sheet that has been carried in through a paper carrying in opening, and mount it on a middle tray, the 2nd transport system which sends out the paper sheet carried in toward the back, a gate means which switches the mutual connection of these transport systems and a re-paper feed means which re-feeds the paper sheet from its rear end side.
CONSTITUTION: The 1st transport system 41 which turns around a paper sheet carried in through a paper carrying in opening 40 and mounts it at the vicinity of the re-paper feed side on a middle tray, is provided. Meanwhile, the 2nd transport system whose purposes are to lead in approximate parallel with the lower part of the middle tray the paper sheet carried in through the paper carrying in opening and at the same time, to send out the paper sheet to the rear end side, is provided. And, a gate means 44 which switches the connection of the paper carrying in opening and the 1st transport system, and the connection of the paper carrying in opening and the 2nd transport system, and the connection of the 1st and the 2nd, is provided. Moreover, a re-paper feed means which re-feeds the paper sheet that has been turned around and mounted on the middle tray, from its rear end side, is equipped together with the above systems and the means within one box body, and this box body is made to be able to be pulled out of a device main body, and an openable/closable window portion is provided at the bottom wall portion of the box body of the lower part of the 2nd transport system.
