To provide a technology capable of calculating more accurately an actually travelable distance of a hybrid vehicle.SOLUTION: In a travel distance calculation method of a hybrid vehicle for supplying power of a battery (2) and power generated from a power generator (3) to a load, existence of a chargeable section, which is a section chargeable by the power generator (3) during travel, is discriminated, and a chargeable amount to the battery (2) is calculated based on the discrimination result, and the total travelable distance is calculated based on a parameter containing the chargeable amount to the battery (2) and a residual fuel amount in the power generator (3).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
