Abstract:

To provide dairy product lactic acid bacteria beverage, lactic acid bacteria beverage, milk beverage or milky beverage having suppressing effect of syneresis and precipitation of milk beverage, and giving no adverse effect on sensory characteristics of milk beverage, and to provide a method for producing the product.

The dairy product lactic acid bacteria beverage suppressed in precipitation and syneresis is obtained by adding yeast to a milk beverage raw material followed by fermenting.
