Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an easily drinkable milk drink having balanced nutrients, plain taste and carcinostatic activity by mixing cow's milk with a liquid component extracted from boiled mushroom.
CONSTITUTION: The objective milk drink is prepared by mixing cow's milk with preferably 5-25wt.% of a liquid component extracted from at least boiled mushroom (preferably Flammulina velutipes). The drink is preferably further added with granulated sugar, lactobacillus and flavor.
