PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milk fat cream that has both freezing resistance and whipping properties after freezing and thawing, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A method for producing frozen milk fat cream has a homogenization step for making the median diameter of milk fat globules into 3.3 μm or more and 4.0 μm or less, and a cooling step for cooling so that: the time for the temperature of the milk fat cream to drop from 0°C to -5°C becomes 9 minutes or more and 30 minutes or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
