To provide a milk foamer and a coffee beverage production apparatus with the milk foamer, which are capable of reducing the running cost by suppressing the consumption of a power for retaining a heater of a steam boiler to a high temperature more than necessary.

This milk foamer 61 which sucks milk by steam generated by the steam boiler 64, at the same time sucks air, mixes the milk with the air and generates milk foam, and is provided with a control device 40 controlling the temperature of the steam boiler 64 at a prescribed high temperature value for generating the steam, and when generating no milk foam for a prescribed time, the control device 40 controls the temperature of the steam boiler 64 to a retaining temperature lower than the high temperature value.
