Abstract:
The top section of the teat is subjected to a pulsing action while the bottom section is acted on a pulse-free manner with a continuous vacuum. A vacuum pressure is constantly induced in the teat cup. In the region of the top part of the teat, a teat rubber is alternately subjected to vacuum on its outside and then ventilated. The vacuum induced in the teat cup is constant or can fall and rise on closing and opening the teat rubber.
