Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mill device which can facilitate cleaning of a rotary blade and a stationary blade.SOLUTION: A mill device includes: a mill part 17 provided at an upper part of a case body for making beverage raw materials fine and discharging them; and an electric motor provided at the case body for actuating the mill part 17. The mill part 17 is mounted detachably on the case body. The mill part 17 includes a disk-like rotary blade 22 connected to a driven gear 33, and mounted detachably on the mill part 17, and a disk-like stationary blade 24 provided opposing to the rotary blade 22 and fixed to the mill part 17, and it also has a driving gear rotated by the electric motor and connected to the driven gear 33 detachably in the case body. By removing the rotary blade 22 together with the driven gear 33 from the mill part 17 after removing the whole of the mill part 17 from the case body, cleaning of the rotary blade 22 and the stationary blade 24 can be facilitated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
