Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maintainability of a crushing mill.SOLUTION: A mill outlet valve 60 is connected to a powder discharge port of a crushing mill to produce powders 100 by crushing a raw material, a powder carrier pipe to carry the powders 100 discharged from the powder discharge port and a carrier gas supply pipe to supply a carrier gas 120 to the powder carrier pipe and switches between the discharge of the powders 100 from the powder discharge port and the supply of the carrier gas 120 from the carrier gas supply pipe. The mill outlet valve 60 is detachably inserted into the inside of a connection part 63 connected to the powder discharge port and provided with a sleeve 67 formed with a wear resistant layer 68 at an inner peripheral surface.
