Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a milled transparent solid soap compsn. excellent in transparency and improved in the prevention of disintegration by dissolution.
CONSTITUTION: The compsn. is prepd. by compounding a solid soap base with 0.07-0.5mol/kg electrolyte and 0.5-5wt.% at least one nonionic surfactant selected from among branched fatty acid esters of polyoxyethylene glycerin, fatty acid esters of polyglycerin, fatty acid esters of polyoxyethylene sorbitan, fatty acid esters of polyoxyethylene methylglucoside, a polyoxyethlyene branched-alkyl ether, a hydrogenated castor oil ester of polyoxyethylene, and their mixtures.
