Further, the transport pipe 23 has a double structure composed of a transport pipe 23a to suck in the crushed material and a secondary air introducing pipe 23b to suck in the secondary air for suction, and at the same time, the secondary air introducing pipe 23b is connected with an airflow channel 31 heat exchanging the air using a heat released from the controlling device 28, and an air flowing path 33 circulating the air warmed by the heat exchange of the airflow channel 31 into a side plate 26 of the raw material feeding chamber 11.
