In this way, fusing of cutting chips to the blade edge can be effectively prevented by the mechanical saw dust remover, so as to eliminate generation of double cut of the cutting chips. Accordingly, extending of a life of the saw blade is attained, in case of application to a continuous manufacture mill, a number of times stopping a milling machine due to blade replacement is reduced, improvement of a rate of operation and improvement of a yield rate by reduction of a scrap generation amount according to stopping of the machine can be attained.
