Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a cut part at a distal end of femur without removing excess amount of bones caused by use of a too large milling cutter. SOLUTION: There is provided a milling cutter used for guiding only one cutter selected from multiple milling cutters in an orthopedic operation. A first cutter has a first diameter. A second cutter has a second diameter larger than the first diameter. A milling guide has a guide main body 14 with a fine hole 26. The fine hole 26 is constituted in such a way to move and accommodate the first cutter. The guide main body 14 has a structural member connected with the fine hole 26 for accommodating the first cutter within the fine hole 26 and for preventing the second cutter from accommodated within the fine hole 26.
